GENERAL FEATURES

esolar 3 Black Edition (B.E.) is an integrated device for monitoring production and optimising the energy efficiency of photovoltaic installations.

It allows the interfacing of inverters, string control, meters, interface/general protections, sensors and other types of devices, all multi-brand.

It supports data acquisition via RS232, RS485, Ethernet, KNX (available on specific versions).

esolar 3 B.E. supports PR calculation according to EN61724.

esolar 3 B.E. combines the powerful features of the ESOLAR family of products with those of analysis and planned management of consumption optimization, typical of energy efficiency control systems.

It allows the automated export of data to third party platforms in multiple formats.

esolar 3 B.E. is an SGH-Compliant device. This feature allows it to benefit from a wide range of tools/services including the SGHnet service for the reachability of the integrated web-server without any kind of configuration.

It supports communication with the Sinapsi Data Service platform for the centralized management of plants.

The commissioning on-site service Is also available on request and following verification of the availability of our technicians. We will assist you during the entire phase of this process. Our ten years’ experience in the sector means we can allow the operator using products of the ESOLAR family for the first time or the operator without proven experience in this process phase to save money and resources.

For our customers, there are particular after-sales terms implicit in the purchase of one of the devices in the ESOLAR family. After-sales assistance is guaranteed for everyone in the afternoon via a free dedicated telephone number : from 14:30 till 17:30. This service is also active in the mornings from 09:00 till 13:00 exclusively for customers that have subscribed to the FULL-TIME after-sales assistance contract.

The SINAPSI srl philosophy has always been aimed at OEM customers. Customization is in our DNA and as of today we have supplied many custom branded products. Every customization is screened mandatorily under a technical, reliability, business and sustainability point of view and only successively approved by the competent departments and put into production.

Training and instruction are an integral part of our services. SINAPSI srl is a certified KNX TRAINING centre with its own multimedia classroom. We offer our customers training regarding our families of products and their interfaces through training seminars in the classroom at the SINAPSI premises or at the customer’s establishment or on-line via webinar and video-conference.
